I am Wayan Suyadnyayasa, a former tourism worker in Bali. I started my career at around 19 years old after finishing high school. I began my tourism career from being an office boy, cleaning services, ticketing staff, airport handling, up to a tour guide.

Moving on to hospitality, I worked full-time as a driver-guide at a villa. With all my prior work experience, in addition to being a Driver-Guide, the villa owner trusted me to also serve as the Transport Supervisor. I held this dual role for the next dozen years.

I got to do all the activities that I loved. I was also decently paid. But from year to year, I strongly felt that a sense of freedom in my life was diminishing, even disappearing. The more work I had, the more I lost my freedom, especially the freedom of time—both my personal time, as well as time for family and social life.

I began to seriously think about a solution for that freedom, especially in the final days before I finally decided to choose to let go of all that work, when I collapsed with a severe physical illness. Later, I realized that this physical illness came from my feelings and thoughts of being unfree; my sense of freedom was gone.

This is the solution I found in this #truehealth community and in this global business with a starting capital equivalent to a small credit loan. Slowly but surely, I started to gain time freedom. I felt like a worthy person again. I found freedom of mind. And now, I am building my business toward structured financial freedom.

Considering my family’s economic condition at that time, my future as an adult was probably no longer important, because there were so many other priorities, namely the future of my children.

Seeing my condition which, since getting sick, actually became an extra burden for my wife, I suddenly snapped out of it amidst the collapse of everything. I felt like I had just woken up from a long sleep. And upon waking up, I saw how terrifying the future of my children could be.

I am a migrant from Bali, living in Bogor since college, and after graduating, I worked in Jakarta for many years until I started a household and had children. Overwhelmed by the economic situation, I retreated to the outskirts of Jakarta and even the outskirts of Bogor, where unfortunately I fell deeper into adversity because I suddenly suffered from hepatitis, a spinal curvature, and a pinched nerve.

I, a teacher, who had even been forced to study desperately again just to get a better salary increase. Whether it was due to the burden of commuting Bogor-Jakarta-Bogor plus years of being packed inside the trains, plus the deeply buried mental burden, I ended up getting hit by those illnesses instead.

In a state of bed-rest for weeks and months, I felt terrified realizing how dark the future of my children and my family would be with the source of income I was receiving at that time, even though my wife was no less enthusiastic about looking for various financial solutions for our household.

The children’s future, without the right financial solution, was a very terrifying picture. I opened my heart and mind wide to solutions, but my limited knowledge in business made me very insensitive to seeing business opportunities.

I never gave up; I kept thinking about that solution. And that was eventually answered by this #sehatsejati community. Although in the beginning we really pushed ourselves to make the decision to become entrepreneurs, it was precisely this great and extraordinary action of ours that ultimately truly became the solution for my children’s future, our family’s future, and the future of my life—financially, health-wise, plus peace of mind.
